Paid Marketing/ PR Internship with the Ohio State FairThe Ohio State Fair is looking for interns who will work Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for 14 weeks in May, June and July (school schedules taken into consideration). Interns will work in shifts of Saturdays, July 14 and 21. During the 12 days
of the Fair, which will be July 25 - August 5, extended hours are required to at least 14-hour shifts. Applicants must have at least three years of college education in PR, communications and / or journalism are best qualified. Computer skills are a must; desktop publishing experience is a plus. Candidates should have experience writing news releases, organizing events, pitching stories and designing and writing newsletters and brochures. Central Ohio PRSA Match DayRegistration is now open for this year's Central Ohio PRSA Match Day, which will be held on Thursday, February 16. Match day is an opportunity for PRSSA members to connect with professionals in a specific career field. The professional will have a chance to share their career experiences and provide advice on what it takes to succeed in the PR industry.
