Monday's Meeting, February 1

Hello all-

This Monday, we will be hearing from Shannon Stucky, the Assistant Vice President of Financial Dynamics.

Since joining FD in March 2007, Shannon has been instrumental in
developing and executing communications programs that support clients'
efforts to raise capital, restructure, manage their corporate
reputation, overcome crises and emerge as thought leaders.

Notable client assignments include: supporting AIG Worldwide Life during
the October 3, 2008, announcement of AIG's plan of restructuring;
developing internal and external communications for the Chapter 11
bankruptcy filings of Fairfield Residential LLC, Tropicana Entertainment
and other well-known brands; representing Constellation Energy, Teva
Pharmaceutical Industries and the Chicago Board of Trade in M&A
assignments, and supporting the initial public offerings of MF Global
and RiskMetrics Group.

Prior to joining FD, Shannon was a senior account manager with The
Torrenzano Group, driving ongoing thought leadership programs for
industry-leading clients and helping to build the firm's transaction
communications practice. Her clients included Grant Thornton LLP, WNS
Global Services (including through its IPO on the NYSE in July 2006),
Radian Group, Lloyds and The American Stock Exchange.

Previously, she interned at Lord, Sullivan and Yoder (now
Fahlgren-Mortine) Public Relations and in the public relations
department of Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

A 2003 graduate of Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism,
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, magna cum laude, from
the University's Honors Tutorial College.
