We hope that you had a great Winter break. For our first meeting of Winter quarter we will be hearing from Katie Ronske, the communications assistant at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium hosts more than two million visitors annually and was named the #1 Zoo in America by USA Travel Guide.
We hope that you had a great Winter break. For our first meeting of Winter quarter we will be hearing from Katie Ronske, the communications assistant at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium hosts more than two million visitors annually and was named the #1 Zoo in America by USA Travel Guide.
In her position, Katie assists the Community Engagement team with public relations, media relations and social media functions for the Zoo as well as Zoombezi Bay, Safari Golf Club and the Wilds.
Katie is a 2009 Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism graduate. During her time at OU, she was a member of PRSSA and ImPRessions and interned with Ohio University Department of Communications and Marketing and O’Bleness Memorial Hospital. Before joining the Community Engagement Team at the Zoo, Katie held positions with the Columbus Blue Jackets and Residential Finance Corporation.
